Etienne is an award-winning AI entrepreneur turned investor.
As the founder of Heyday, a Conversational AI startup focused on the e-commerce space, Etienne turned a napkin sketch vision into a $60M exit in just 4 short years (acquired by Hootsuite in 2021).
A globally-renowned marketer and thought leader published and quoted in hundreds of top-tier publications such as Forbes, The Washington Post, TechCrunch, VentureBeat, Business Insider, Vogue Business, Shopify's blog, and more, Etienne's unique ability and value add sits at the intersection of fundraising, sales & marketing.
Etienne is also an investor in OpenAI & SpaceX, a startup mentor & speaker (AI Summit in NYC, McGill University in Montreal, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge/Boston).

Luis Gutierrez Roy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Telegraph Hill Capital, a boutique VC firm based in Barcelona and San Francisco.
Luis' expertise in finance, M&A & Corporate Development has led him to build a globally-recognized early-stage fund with consistent top quartile returns and strong reputation amongst founders.
Over the years, he has invested in more than 55 startups around the world, including in Canada's finest B2B SaaS startups (Planned, Talent.com, Chronogolf (acq. by Lightspeed), QuoteMachine (acq. by Lightspeed), Vessel, Vasco, and more).
A former M&A Director at Ernst & Young, Luis holds an MBA from the University of Francisco and Bachelor in Business & Economics from the University of Barcelona.
